MODULA
| The automatic storing systems equipped with drawers, manufactured by System Logistics, are available in a vertical version, called MODULA and in a horizontal version, called CUBE, to match any requirement of storage, management, picking and rapid retrieval of any product in different situations of space availability. They consist of two rows of racks/rails which contain the drawers used for material loading and unloading moved by an automatic elevator from their position to the picking bay. Modular and flexible, the automatic storing systems, equipped with drawers, are completely controlled by a complete hardware and software system, innovative and easy to use. |
The MODULA Range

The MA version, with 1.900mm wide drawers in depths of 654 or 857mm , is able to stock, with high handling speed many different kinds of materials such as spare parts, bolts and nuts, hardware etc. It is ideal for applications from distribution and retail sale to manufacturing. In fact, while the operator picks from one drawer, the system is retrieving the next drawer in queue. This helps avoids long waiting time between picking. As for the Modula range, the MA version has 3 different possibilities of load capacities: 250, 500 and 750 kg for each drawer, keeping the high performances of speed and managing of inventory. MC version is equipped with 2.500mm wide drawers in 2 depths, 654 and 857mm. It is the ideal vertical machine for managing high volumes and in the meantime, assures a very high handling speed. The positioning of picking bays can be internal or external and it is possible to have height up to 14m high. As for all Modula models, the MC version gets 3 different loads of charge: 250, 500 and 750 kg for each drawer, keeping high performance of speed and managing inventory. The MX version, with 3.100mm wide drawers in 2 depths of 654 and 857mm, is able to stock, quickly and efficiently, different kinds of materials such as spare parts, tools, bolts and nuts, hardware etc. Modula MX is characterized by new technological features that allow dynamic drawer managing and a total flexibility in the internal configuration, for example the positioning of picking bays that can be internal or external. It is possible to reach heights up to 14m high.
