System Logistics introduces a new automated distribution system.
  


CUBE is an automatic distribution machine to store materials of small and average dimension. It can match the requirements of different applications. The minimum noise, the reduced power consumption and the modern design make the application of The Cube good in point of sale and in warehouses servicing the public. It can be up to 8900 mm long and can store about 6458 sq. ft. of material covering a surface of just 613 sq. ft. Outer dimensions (single module): Length 2,200 mm x Width 2,940 mm x Height 2,800 mm.

You can add another module if you require further storage space. Up to 4 modules can be joined together. The Cube automatic storing system can work by single pick bays, by superimposed bays (one over the other), by bays positioned on the machine front side or on the machine back side to get the maximum performance. It is provided with a local console allowing the optimization of the picking activities and an easy visual display of the diagnostic system information. Also,the interface with the company Host is made easy.
     
CUBE is a perfect solution to automate the picking and restocking phases in shops, laboratories, and in all environments where the ceiling height available is limited.Compact, silent, with reduced power consumption like a household appliance: it can be installed in any premise (even the most uncomfortable one).The specially studied design makes it suitable apart from industrial environments - to sales points, warehouses with public outlets and all those areas used as offices or shops where unskilled operators can manage the system as well. The handled unit is a drawer, in galvanized plate,arranged to be divided into many small compartments, for an easier storage of completely different materials.(The division is made by plate divisions). The drawer dimensions are 2530 mm wide x 650 mm deep x 75 mm high. The picking station (station for material collection/deposit by the operator) is included in the warehouse structure and can be reached by the operator at 800 mm from the ground; it can be single or double (overlapped or opposed) and you can have a picking station at either end.

1 - SYSTORE (Optional on console)
Management of the work cycle according to the method of "call by product" and/or listing.

2 - MODULA SYSTORE (Optional on outer PC) PC software for managing one or more integrated CUBE warehouses.

In Windows, the MODULA Systore software is a true management information system of the warehouse, handling in the best way the handling logic and the performance of automatic warehouses, as well as of manual areas (scaffoldings, cantilevers, areas on ground, etc...). The network connection to the company information system achieves top speed, precision and optimization of data processing up to order execution.

The available functions are manifold: from minimum stock and ordered product management to the mining of statistical data on the performed movements; from the warehouse mapping optimization to the product management, with
differently levelled sub-codes. The machine on-board OS - Linux - allows all direct connections to the Ethernet network to be made, with an easier program updating and machine monitoring, even remotely.


The Control Console is a computer designed for operating in industrial environments. The operator's interface includes a graphic LCD, with a resistive touch screen, replacing the standard keyboard. The 12" TFT colour monitor has a graphic resolution by 800x600 (VGA compatible). The operating system is Windows XP. The operator works in guided mode, thanks to the organization in multiple windows. In case of operating failures, the troubleshooting is directly displayed. The system automatic operation guided restoration is possible also in case of failure. The system can be used both manually or semi automatically.
The management of the images of stored materials can be made directly on the monitor, by the touch screen. This allows the operator to see what items they are storing or retrieving.

The safety features include:-

 - Material height control barriers at the warehouse inlet.
- Machine locking barrier during picking operations.
- Automatic closing doors.
- Selected lighting of the work area.

During the standard operation cycle, the machine is fully closed, with a high safety and silence degree
MC125/MC250
The automatic distributor CUBE MC125/MC250 differs by the loading capacity of the drawers in order to satisfy different utilizing needs. The external sizes of the modules do not change Length 2940 x Width 2200 x Height 2800 mm. The load/unloading bay is internal and offers the possibility to configure the position of the picking bays opposite or one over the other. The performances of the machine are: vertical speed 0,5m/sec – horizontal speed 0,5m/sec - nr. of handling operations (120 drawers/3 modules) 120/h max.
 
XR250
The automatic distributor CUBE XR250 is different in dimension of drawers, in fact they get a superior load of charge, 125 and 250 Kg to guarantee a high stocking volume. The modules external dimensions are: L.3540 x W.2750 x H.2700 mm. The picking/deposit bay is internal and offers the possibility to configure the picking bays in an opposite or superimposed position. The machine performances are the following: Vertical speed: 0,5m/sec., horizontal speed: 0,5/sec., with an access time that is very inferior than a minute.
