How did Vertical Carousels Of Australia come about? There are many vertical carousels out there that haven't had any maintenance done in a long time and we were asked by customers to take over the maintenance of their vertical carousels as they had either been let down by their previous suppliers or they didn't know who to contact. This allowed VCA to successfully take the strategic decision in 2006 to enter the vertical storage market, where we supply both new and used machines  as well as software, automation and safety upgrades to our increasing number of customers.
